PET
Polyethylene Terephthalate is a condensation polymer which offers toughness, clarity, ability to be oriented with high speed bottle processing, and is proven product for recycling. The predominant use of PET is in carbonated soft drink containers. There is also growing demand in food packaging (edible oil, pickles, spices, syrups), distilled spirits, toiletries, and non-carbonated beverages. PET is also in film processing for processed meat packaging, magnetic tapes, and printing sheets.
